New Facebook Feature Notifies User Every Time Friends Throw Up web

Menlo Park, Calif. – Calling the new addition to the popular social network site a “brave step forward in how we connect online,” Facebook announced Monday the introduction of a feature that notifies users every time one of their Facebook friends throws up. “In today’s modern world, we know what our friends are wearing, where they are, who they’re with, what they’re thinking, what they’re eating, but until now, we never knew when they were throwing up,” said company CEO Mark Zuckerberg, who noted that being alerted when your friends throw up is a “natural progression” toward the increasingly digitized nature of social interaction. “Now you’ll never have to wonder if one of your friends is puking, because whenever it happens, Facebook will instantaneously send you a notification of who’s throwing up, where they’re doing it, and how much vomit is involved.” Zuckerberg added that Facebook was also working on a new feature that would immediately alert users every time one of their friends blinks.
